Disciple's
Cross™ Necklaces
These beautiful necklaces
were first made, worn, and trademarked by Pastor John Raymond, who appeared on the CBS show,
Survivor: Thailand.

These crosses are made with
horseshoe nails, colored copper wire, and are fastened on an adjustable
(14" to 26" approx.) simulated leather cord. The cross is
approximately 1½” long.
I am a Certified Disciple's Cross Producer, Code #MN1043KS, and have been granted all the privileges thereof.

Who is John
Raymond?
John Raymond is the Pastor of the New Horizon Christian Fellowship
in Slidell, Louisiana. He started making the Disciple's Cross
Necklaces in the
early 90's, and demand for these precious, hand-made crosses has
grown steadily ever since.

John never had a problem meeting the demand for the Disciple's
Crosses™, until his appearance on the hit CBS television
show, Survivor: Thailand. After wearing one of
his
unique, hand-made crosses on the show, interest skyrocketed and, to be honest, there
was no way he could meet the
demand by himself.. Pastor John has, therefore, opened up
the opportunity for others to participate in the production of
the Disciple's Crosses. I, Karen Stewart, am a Certified
Disciple's Cross Producer and have been granted all the
privileges thereof. My Producer Code is #MN1043KS.

The Disciple's
Cross™ Necklace
is made up of three distinct components. The simulated leather cord reminds us of the leather straps used to beat our Savior; the wrapped wire stands for the
thorn branches twisted into a crown to mock the King of Kings; and, of course, the nails represent the large spikes that were driven into the hands and feet of the Lord of Lords.
